Hello and welcome to meetcutebox.com. Please read the below terms of use (the “terms”) to learn more about our products, returns and policies. The terms below our an agreement between you and Meet Cute Box LLC, by purchasing any of our products you’re agreeing to our terms of service and policies.
MEET CUTE BOX LLC has the rights to refuse customers for any reason.
What are the membership basics?
By choosing to sign up for a monthly membership (either for couples or for singles), you are agreeing to a recurring charge and will be charged monthly by MEET CUTE LLC (“the company”).
You also understand that even though the company has shipped unique items each month, the company does not own or have any affiliation with these businesses (“vendors”). Therefore, the company does not guarantee the quality of ingredients. Furthermore, the company may not agree with all of the vendors views, beliefs or methods of conducting businesses. If any problems, allegoric reactions or other issues occur while using vendors products, Meet Cute Box LLC is not responsible.
However, if the member is unsatisfied with anything the company has delivered, the member is asked to review the return policy so the company can rectify any and all issues that may arise.
Can I cancel a membership?
We are consistently trying to improve our service and your experience with our membership boxes but if you decide to cancel, we ask all members give an written notice sent via email at least 30 days before your next billing date. This will ensure our team does not build any upcoming boxes for you (and your partner). After said notice, you will not be charged any cancellation fees or penalties. However, if the members box is already packaged and/or en route to the members address, we can not accept returns or exchanges for this box but your membership will be canceled and you will not be charged moving forward.
We ask that all inquires and cancellations be sent to support@meetcutebox.com. Cancellations can not be received over the phone, mail or social media.
Can I return a box?
As stated when signing up (or purchasing a box), meetcute boxes are handmade and unique to each customer so we do not offer returns of membership or gift boxes, however, we do have other ways to ensure you are left satisfied with each purchase.
