At Meet Cute Box (“the company”), we are confident you’ll enjoy each box that is delivered, however if you’re unhappy with any contents inside your box or there is damaged products during delivery, please reach out to a team member via email and we’ll be happy to fix the issue.

By purchasing a Meet Cute Box, you agree that every box is unique and different based on a membership profile that was filled out by you and the company can not guarantee they will be able find a replacement for any lost or damage product(s) but may exchange with another item that is equal or lesser value.

In order to customize each box, when signing up for a membership or gift box you will be asked a series of questions including relationship status, hobbies, gender. These (and other questions) will be used to only create a unique and custom experience for your purchase but not all questions are mandatory.

We do not and will never share your personal information publicly or with our vendor partners.
